2 tablespoons flour

2 large onions, chopped

1/2 pound swiss cheese

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon chopped basil

2 large tomatoes, diced

4 large eggs

3/4 cup whipped cream

1 carton cream cheese

How to Make:

Fry chopped onion on low heat until brown. Cover pie shell with grated swiss cheese. Spread onions over cheese. Cook tomatoes with basil in skillet. Put tomatoes on top of onions. Beat eggs, add whipped cream, spread over tomatoes. Spread one large carton cream cheese on top of egg mixture. Sprinkle swiss cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
