For the Potatoes:
6 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
How to Make:
Boil the sweet potatoes without paring them. When tender, drain and remove skins. Cut in half lengthwise and arrange in buttered baking dish. Season with salt.
Heat the butter, honey and orange juice and add to the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees until potatoes are brown.
