3 cups of pre-cooked spaghetti squash

1 cup of cream

1 cup of 4 blend cheese

2 teaspoons flour

1 tablespoon butter

Option: Add 1 cup frozen peas

Salt and pepper, to taste


How to Make:

Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour till browned. Reduce head to low and add the cream and cheese. Stir until thickened, then pour over the spaghetti squash and fold in, adding the peas if desired.

Place in a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
