3 cups of pre-cooked spaghetti squash
1 cup of mixed red, green and yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
One small onion, thinly sliced
2 cups of pre-cooked smoked sausage, thinly sliced
Teriyaki sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make:
Heat olive oil in a stir fry pan. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook till veggies are still crisp. Add dry spaghetti squash to heat up and mix with the peppers and onion. You may mix in sausage or place it on top. Add teriyaki sauce to taste. Makes two servings.
