Pizza for Kids and Parents

Recipe from Ciera Farms

Ingredients:

Fairly large summer squash

Salsa

Pre cooked scrambled hamburger, seasoned with taco seasoning

Shredded cheese

Finely chopped tomato

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

How to Make:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut squash in approximately 1/2 inch rounds. Arrange on cookie sheets.

Top with 1 to 2 teaspoons of salsa.

Layer the hamburger meat, cheese and tomato bits.

Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until done (when squash is tender).

You can go meatless and add other veggies, or use finely chopped ham or chicken!
