Recipe from a market guest who shared with Tartaglia Farms. Yields one 9×13 pan.


10 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup unsifted flour

1 pint small curd cottage cheese

1 cup chilies, chopped

1/2 pound jack cheese

1/2 pound cheddar cheese

1 cube butter, softened

How to Make:

Mix the first 4 ingredients then add the remaining ingredients. Mix the night before and set in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
